Spotify charge on my credit card - I have no spotify account!

Hi,

I recently realized that since last year I am being charged monthly on my credit card for a subscription to Spotify that I have not hired. I have no information as to who subscribed that account using my credit card and I do not know how to cancel that contract. I need help please.
