&lt;P&gt;If the payment was made more than 24 hours ago, it should now be processed in our system. So in this case, we'd first recommend checking if the payment was successful by checking your &lt;STRONG&gt;Order history&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/" target="_blank"&gt;Account page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the order is there, maybe your app has a different account logged in by mistake. We'd also recommend logging out and back in following the steps in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt; to force the sync between your account and your device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Should the status on the account page show as free, it's possible that the payment hasn't been processed. In this case, we suggest trying to subscribe again from the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/premium/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Premium page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the account page shows that you have active Premium, however, please try &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;logging out from the app&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;and back in again.
