&lt;P&gt;That being said, you mentioned you paid for Premium, but after a whole day you can't see the Premium features, correct? There are a couple of things you can check on your side:&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;As you mentioned, it might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account. We recommend you check &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Find-out-if-you-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;this article&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to find out if perhaps you have another account.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;We'd recommend you check the status of the payment you made when trying to subscribe. It's possible that the charge you're seeing in your bank statement is pending. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you notice the charge was successful, and you'd like to consolidate everything in one account (if you indeed have more than one), then the best way to go is to get in touch with our Customer Support team.
