My Question or Issue

My sister-in-law uses a free account today. I want to buy her a 12 month Premium gift card which includes 3 months free. Can this be applied to her existing account or does she need to set up a new one? She is not at all technical - someone else set up her free account for her - so it needs to be VERY easy!

Offers usually are available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
