&lt;P&gt;I am on Spotify free. My husband is on premium. He has upgraded to duo and sent me an invite. I have accepted invite but I keep getting an error message saying that Spotify is unable to verify that we live at the same address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

To join he needs to enter his residential address and it has to match mine. Although the same address is being shared, the system prompts the addresses don't match and to try again. I've already paid a month's bill for Premium Duo without being able to use it. How to solve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your husband is using the exact same address you registered in your plan, it's possible that the country registered on their account is different from yours. So in this case, we'd recommend&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/" target="_blank"&gt; updating the country settings&lt;/A&gt; on their account to make sure it matches properly before trying again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, we'd recommend to your husband to accept it from a different device (using their own account) to see if it makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, we'd recommend following the process mentioned in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Status update&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/quot-Address-doesn-t-match-quot-error-when-trying-to-join-Family/idi-p/6179210" target="_blank"&gt;&amp;nbsp;of this thread&lt;/A&gt; as it was an ongoing issue recently fixed.&lt;/P&gt;
