      <description>&lt;P&gt;How about before cutting a subscription because the credit card is expiring the system generates an automatic email to user of failed payment….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cancelled my subscription with NO prior warning. Payment failures can happen but I have NEVER EVER come across a company that doesn’t warn their client that payment has failed and service cut before even informing the client?!?!?!?!?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have only received an email from you guys in June about the price Increase on family package. That was June 2023. Next thing I know it’s 2024 and you cut my subscription without prior advance warning and requiring me to completely set it up again and family subscription etc. complete waste of my admin time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to understand if indeed your system doesn’t warn people or there is an issue with gmail blocking your emails?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Spotify usually sends such warning messages to the account's registered email address when there is failed payment. The system is trying to debit the funds several times before reverting your subscription to free. Sometimes our notification emails for failed payments do indeed get filtered in the Spam section of your mailbox, so this is a very good idea to check there and whitelist them if need be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also you can see if you have actually opted for such notifications by checking your current Notification settings in your account page. &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/notification-settings/" target="_self"&gt;Here&lt;/A&gt;, you can find our useful support&amp;nbsp; article with guidelines for taking care of your Spotify related notifications (in-app and by mail).&lt;/P&gt;
