I subscribed to Spotify Duo in December 2023, which is priced at 199 PHP per month. However, I noticed that I’ve consistently been charged a higher amount, typically around 200-201 PHP. I’m wondering if there are any hidden or additional charges, as I didn’t experience this discrepancy when I was on the 129 PHP Premium plan previously.

You can see the exact price Spotify is charging you by checking the receipts sent to your email, or you can access them through the order history page here.

If you notice additional charges on your card, they’re likely taxes from your bank, so I’d recommend reaching out to them for clarification.

My duo partner was charged $5.74 on top of the full payment that I made.

My Question or Issue

Why was i charged extra when I should not be?

I've been charged an additional 20 cents for my individual account

I looked at my bank statement and saw that there is an additional 20 cents charged from Spotify. Its not the conversion rate, and I was already charged the $11.99. whats going on?
