To get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be great if you could share as many details as possible such as if you're seeing an error message for example.

In the meantime, I recommend trying to subscribe via another device and another network connection as it can also impact the subscription process.

We are using family plan pack, i did payment with another one account. It may happened when you have no sufficient balance in the last month auto renewal period.

I was trying to buy the individual pack for one week.But whenever I input my mobile number it just shows "something's wrong" 🙂

It sounds like you're trying to pay via your mobile carrier, in which case it's best to check with them why the payments aren't going through.

I recently stopped my Duo Plan which I used to pay monthly through my network carrier - Grameen Phone. I switched to the Student Plan for which I was eligible but my payments now fail. I'm not sure why though. This wasn't a problem for more than a year. What's changed and what can I do? Why is the payment not going through? This is the message I get -
"The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support."

It took me 3-4 months to figure out why the payment process fails for Grameenphone

That's because Grameenphone has monthly and yearly limit

600tk and 3000tk

Which means once u pay enough and reach 3000tk limit you won't be able to use the same gp number until next year

The yearly payment limit for Spotify is BDT 3K excluding taxes. If you pay that much within a year then you wont be able to make further payments till that year is over.

How I know? Been stuck in the same situation for last 10 days. Been in touch with Spotify support (they are excellent BTW!) and finally learned about this payment restrictions from GP support.

Try paying with a robi number for the time being.
