Discount Code doesn't work

Hello
I've received a code for a free Premium plan for two months. It came from Glovo, the delivery service app.

But as I try to use the discount code, it says I'm not eligible. I went and looked at the conditions to be eligible, and could not understand why I couldn't use the discount.

Can someone help please?

This offer is only available to users who have not already tried Spotify Premium. So, if you've had your own subscription, or if you've previously been part of another Premium plan (such as Duo or Family), it may be the reason why you're unable to redeem the offer.

If you haven't tried Premium before, however, and you're still having issues, it's worth checking with Glovo so that everything looks alright with the code from their end. After checking this, you can try redeeming the code from another device or using an incognito window in your browser, to see if you notice any difference.
