Need to cancel a channel subscription please help

I’m subscribed to the sleepy bookshelf premium, snuggle premium, get sleepy premium, deep sleep sounds premium. I don’t know how I got them and I don’t want them - how do I cancel ?

These podcasts that you mention are not offered through a direct subscription at Spotify. We had a look into this, however, and we see that they are offered in plans via Supercast.

Supercast is a podcast subscription platform where creators let people pay for their content, and all transactions including cancellations are handled on their end. Spotify acts only as the playback platform for these podcasts. So, if you would like to cancel them, you can get in touch with Supercast who will be able to help you further.
