    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Today I found out that users can't upgrade from Basic Plan to Basic Family Plan if they were at anytime previously subscribed to the Premium.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I really think this is grossly unfair and I don't see the logic. Was anyone else ware of this or understand/can explain why this is? I find it very frustrating and confusing.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can either keep your current Basic plan or switch to a Premium plan like Duo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this clears things up &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
