My Question or Issue

My subscription monthly is $12.71. Before there were no ads. Now there are ads. Are there changes in rules?

Where exactly did you see or hear an ad? What type of ad was it and when did it appear? 🙂

It appears between some songs. Usually the ads are abt insurance, stores & others. The point is it wasn’t there before.

With Premium, you shouldn't see ads that interrupt the music listening and one possibility for this is that you're logged in to another account.

Just to be on the safe side, would you mind logging out > back in and double-checking your credentials? Keep in mind that as there's multiple ways to register, there's different ways to log in and I recommend having a look at this article (in case you've got more than one account).

If there's no difference, let us know if this happens across devices and feel free to send us a screenshot of the ad(s) that you see. You can attach it to your next response via the Insert Image option in the post editor, just make sure no sensitive info is visible (such as your username for example).

We'll be on the lookout.

Thank you for your kind attention. This is exactly what I was saying my Spotify for several months has no ads before. After all my apps were restored when my phone got “crazy” my Spotify playlists were gone. When I made new playlists an ads appeared. I made me wonder why this happened.
