How do I change my plan from Premium Duo to Premium individual?

I've signed up for premium duo however no longer want to have two accounts linked via this and to return to my previous premium individual, however this doesn't appear on the list of available plans, and when going through on a general search and selecting the plan it says "this plan is not available to you".

How do I reduce my plan to an individual option? or do I need to cancel all subscriptions and need to then re-sign up for a single?

I'd recommend cancel your current Duo subscription in order to purchase Premium Individual. You can find the offer for Premium Individual here. It should also show in the Premium page.
