My Question or Issue

i have premium duo and I voted my boyfriend to join, we got into the link and all signed in but it is still showing he has the free plan and stil has adds. What did we do wrong?

If his account is still on the Free tier, maybe he missed one of the steps on the invitation acceptance process. I recommend that you take a look at the following official support article to get the step-by-step to send an invitation from your side and accept it, from his side:
