My Question or Issue

I use to have a student plan but my spotify changed to premium half way through the year. When I tried to switch back it shows up as nothing. (I have until 2026 with my student year it says) How do I switch?

Thanks for reaching out!
It looks to me like your discount may have had expired as it needs to be renewed every 12 months (for a maximum of 4 years in total).
You receive an email notification before that happens but I believe you've found it, as you do mention that your discount is now active until next year.

In order to re-subscribe, try visiting this page. Make sure you're not using any VPN services.
Your plan will switch after your next billing date 🙂
