&lt;P&gt;You should not have been charged if you've successfully claimed a free trial offer. Can you please provide more info about this charge, such as the amount you were charged?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, no refunds are automatically being issued when you cancel. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
