I originally had free Spotify. When I purchased a subscription, some of my devices are still on the old plan with advertisements. How can I get rid of the free plan so that all of my device devices

You really said it yourself where the issue lies - it would seem you have two accounts, one Premium and one free and some of your devices are still logged into the free account. We recommend you try these steps to find the login details of both accounts. Then, make sure you log in using the details of the correct account across all devices, that way you'll be able to enjoy your Premium everywhere.

After you've logged into the correct account everywhere, we recommend you close the redundant one to prevent any further confusion. If necessary and if you want to consolidate playlists or other info from both accounts, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment and account information on hand, as our team will need it to find the accounts and verify you as the owner.
