Thanks for reaching out.

You'll need to wait until your own Premium Duo subscription has ended before you'll be able to join her plan 🙂

Hope this helps!

Plan

Duo

Country

United States

Device

(iPhone 15 Pro

Operating System

(iOS 18.1.1

My Question or Issue

My girlfriend and I had separate Spotify premium accounts. We wanted to switch to Duo so I changed my subscription to Duo. When my girlfriend went to join it told her that she would be losing access to the 15 hours of audiobook streaming monthly. She uses the audiobooks and I don’t so she wanted to be the main account. So she changed her premium to Duo as well and I cancelled mine. When I go try to join her duo from the link she sends I get a “there was a problem” error message. Any workarounds here? I’ve tried the link with a cleared cache and in an incognito browser and get the same message.
