      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have been invited to join a duo plan but I get an error message when entering my address saying the I do not live at the same address as the plan manager, yet we entered the exact same address. What should I do ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If everything seems correct on your side, ask the manager for a new invitation link and try to accept it using another device, making sure the Location Service is turned on during this process. It may help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
