Hi all,

Got myself and my partner on a spotify duo plan but for some reason everytime she logs in its just showing as a free account even though she followed the link to join my plan and she's on there??

My first guess is that your partner has more than one Spotify account. I suggest her to double-check if she's logging in using the same email address you used to send the Duo plan invitation.

Hi, yeah she's using the same email address I sent her the invite still not working?

Thanks for the reply.

All evidence seems to point to your partner having multiple accounts. In rare instances, various discrepancies can also cause two accounts to exist under the same email address, which could explain the behaviour you last described too.

We recommend that she follows the steps here to check for multiple accounts, trying different login methods too. Once you find the correct account, pay attention to the username, as that's unique for each account and will always take you to the correct one.
