Estou num plano Duo, preciso criar um plano individual. A conta Duo é administrada por uma pessoa que não tenho mais contato. Como sair desse plano Duo e fazer meu plano individual?

You can leave the Duo plan without losing your account if you have access to it. You just need to follow the steps mentioned in this article (on desktop) under the section "Leaving a Duo plan if you're a member"

After that, you can subscribe to the plan you want. You can find the available subscriptions here.
