Billing not matching

My Question or Issue

So I was looking at the billing and noticed that I am being billed $12.95 and not the rate on the website, $11.99). Some of the extra charge is sales tax which makes it $12.47, but I am getting charged $0.48 more. why is that?

Please check the price of your plan in your account page, under Your plan. Where applicable, the price for Premium includes VAT (Value Added Tax). In your account page, you can view a breakdown of your charges under order history:

Log in to your account page.
Under Payment, select Order history.
Click More details.
