I have Free plan that will change to Premium individual tomorrow 21 March 2025.

My Question or Issue

I want to change plan to Premium Duo, starting tomorrow and I'm unable to do so.

Could you clarify what’s stopping you from upgrading to Premium Duo? Are you getting an error message, or is the option simply unavailable?

Also, you mentioned that your account will switch from Free to Premium Individual tomorrow—how did that come about? Since upgrades from Free usually happen immediately, it’d be good to understand what’s going on.
