I’ve made sure I’ve checked support articles and also had a ticket open through Fold but they couldn’t resolve my issue. I have premium individual. I’ve tried putting in the alphanumeric code several times with no success. Spotify gives me this error message “<SPAN>You can't apply this Premium code to your account. This is likely because you have an existing Premium subscription that cannot be combined with a Premium code.” Again, I have premium individual, so this shouldn’t be an issue.
