Can't join Spotify Duo

My Question or Issue

Me and my brother are trying to get together into a Spotify Duo subscription, but due to a misunderstanding we both started a Spotify Duo plan and we are now both unable to join each other (after we insert the address, we get an error message saying we should wait a bit... we have waited for about 15 minutes, tried incognito tabs, switching devices, nothing worked).

Is there any way we can cancel one of them and then join the other one without having to wait for 12 months? Is there any way we can be in Spotify Duo together?

I have attached the error message we get (that is in czech language).

Thanks for reaching out.

One of you should cancel their Premium Duo plan and one the subscription has ended, that account will be able to join the other Duo plan without any issues.
