&lt;P&gt;If they're experiencing this issue in the Spotify mobile app, please ask them to go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings and privacy&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then click on Account. Does it say that they're on Free or Premium there?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium Duo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pay for premium duo but the other person on my account doesn't have premium. He still has many commercials. Can you fix this or do I need to cancel service? This has been nearly a year with this problem,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
