    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought equipment at an electronics store and got a code to redeem for 3 months of free premium account,&amp;nbsp;I didn't read that it has to be an account that has never had a subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered the code and then got an error that it cannot be redeemed on this account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NEW ACCOUNT&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; and entered the code and I got information that the trial version was activated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HOW? What I must do now?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the code could not be redeemed on the previous account&lt;/STRONG&gt; or on the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NEWLY CREATED ACCOUNT.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;COUNTRY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poland&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DEVICE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphone 11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may need to wait for the trial period to end before you redeem the gift card. I’d recommend following &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/gift-card-not-working/?ref=related" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt; relating to your gift card not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
