Hi Spotify,

Recently, on Apr 02, 2025, I got a mail from you with subject

"Important information about Premium Mini"

saying that

"We’re reaching out to let you know that as of April 2nd, 2025, we are no longer offering the ability to purchase the Premium Mini one-week plan."

Why have you revoked or removed the Mini plan? Most of the people listen to the mini plan, and some face difficulties in purchasing the one-month plan, as it is a bit expensive. Please introduce the mini plan again, I don't know on what basis you have removed the plan.

I recently noticed that the Spotify Premium Mini package (daily and weekly plans) has been removed from the subscription options in Thailand. However, there was no prior notice or official announcement from Spotify regarding this change. As a regular user of the Mini plan, this sudden removal has impacted my ability to subscribe flexibly.

I would like to ask:

1. What is the reason for removing the Premium Mini plan in Thailand?

2. Are there any plans to bring it back in the future?

3. Are there any alternative options for users who previously relied on this plan?

The subscription premium plan mentioned in your reply is not working in my area ( India ). When I checked the premium plans in our area, they were not introduced like that, and whatever the plans they have mentioned are not flexible for most customers and are expensive.

Greetings from India, I listen to Spotify more often, but the removal of the premium mini plan has affected the listening experience badly. When I checked with the customer care, they did not mention the reason for the removal of this plan. They mentioned that the plan was removed as it is not much used. But it is sad and annoying.

I personally like the premium mini plans as it was

1. Very affordable for me.
2. Convenient, cause I have a lot of options
3. I don't mind having 30 downloadable songs but please make it atleast 50 songs!
4. Please make it usable in webplayer too so if you have to charge your phone you can use another gadget.
5. I think this will be hit on "ASIAN" counties as mostly these will fit their budgets.

I REALLY HOPE YOU WOULD TAKE MY SUGGESTIONS SERIOUSLY. THIS IS A WIN-WIN FOR US SPOTIFY!
