Can't log in to cancel subscription

Hey guys,

I am unable to access my account but I have a subscription with it.

How can I cancel my subscription without being able to access my account?

Can you try resetting your password here? If that doesn’t work, can you let me know what happens when you try to gain access to your account? You can send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown.

You’d need to have access to your account in order to cancel your Premium subscription.

Hello I am having this exact same issue. Spotify has been taking money for me for six months or longer without me being able to login or cancel. I can’t seem to find help anywhere with it. I would like my account cancelled immediately and refunded. Please help me do this.

Just to confirm, have you tried the steps mentioned earlier by @Billy-J, to try to regain access to your account to cancel the subscription? We recommend having a look at the points listed on this page as well, should you still have issues logging in.

It's also worth checking this FAQ article - there you can find more tips and tricks on how to find the Premium account you're paying for. If you're still unable to log in to it, however, we suggest you message us privately (as looking into it further might require sharing private info). You can do so by heading over to contact us in this article.

recovering my password.
