My Question or Issue

My payment is not accepted, it is by mastercard (yes it's the same country ecc) and I use it on other sites without problems but spotify refuse every payment. What should I do?

Can you try processing payment using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, can you try following all of the steps provided on this support page and let me know the outcome of each step?

Further, can you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to process payment? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

A mí me está pasando lo mismo. En mi caso, la tarjeta es Visa y llevo intentando suscribirme desde diciembre de 2024 y me sale el mismo error. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
