      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently made the switch to Basic Duo. Today, I got an email from Spotify saying my payment has failed, and my plan is switched to 'free'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea why my payment has failed, the method has been the same for years and there were enough funds available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But more importantly, since new users can't select Basic, that option is now not available to me anymore, and I can only select 'Premium'. I have zero interest in audio books.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to know why my payment has failed, and why I'm now locked out of Basic (Duo)? That makes no sense, and seems kind of unfair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
