My Question or Issue

I’m interested in the individual premium plan, but I have plans to move soon. If I use my current address, will I be able to change it after the fact? And how will this effect my premium subscription if I can’t change the address?

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and welcome to the forum!

With an Individual Premium subscription, you can travel abroad for some time without the need to change anything. So, if you currently subscribe from the country you're in, as long as you're in another country where Spotify is available you should be able to use your Premium account there.

However, if you'll be moving to a different country (permanently or for a longer period of time), you'd either have to update your payment details (if you've already subscribed), or it would even be better to wait and subscribe directly from there. Something to keep in mind is that you'd need a payment method issued in the new country where you've moved.

When it comes to free accounts, you can use them in a different country or region than where they're registered for up to 14 days. After that you need to update the country settings and the new region only shows when you’re actually there.
