My Question or Issue

last night my mum and i tried doing the individual free trial for premium and we used paypal pay method. i’ve seen that paypal has been faulty in general with this BUT every time we tried to pay it says it has worked and my spotify has the trial. yet when i open spotify on the web or the app it doesn’t show my plan and premium free trial. how can i fix this?

Could you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Free, follow these steps and attach a screenshot of your Receipts page. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community.

If it says Premium, try logging out > restart the device > log back in in the Spotify app, and let me know if you’re able to use your Premium features, such as no ads, unlimited skips. You can also try accessing the Web Player from another browser or private window.

You can also follow the steps provided in this support article and let me know if they make a difference.

I ended my spotify plan today since I don't agree with Daniel Ek investment in drone, aircraft and submarine producer Helsing.

since the premium plan is still valid for another 30 days (the payment was yesterday)
i don't understand why i already got ad's right away.
where can i complain that i keep the benefits for what i payed for?
and change this?
