My Spotify premium disappeared out of nowhere, which I had paid for through SBI bank, After the Disappearance of my Spotify premium, my account started looking like the content I had were deleted thoroughly 1 year, while it was in perfect condition this morning, I request to help me retrieve back my premium and the content which has been deleted.

I have attached the receipt for the proof of my transaction of Spotify Premium Individual.

Can you let me know what subscription shows under Your plan on your Spotify account page? Also, can you make sure you're logged into the right account? I'd recommend you try logging in with other email addresses you may own.

I have Attached a file which shows the subscription on my Spotify account, and Yes, I'm Logged into the right account.

Thanks for your reply. I removed the screenshots from your previous posts, since they contained sensitive info.

I'd recommend to be very careful and to ensure that you only have one account and that you're using the correct one. You can check out this article to learn how to find possible secondary accounts.

On another note, it's possible that the payment was unsuccessful. Can you check if it shows as paid on your Spotify receipts page? If not, I'd recommend consulting with your payment provider to see what the state of the payment looks like on their end.
