&lt;P&gt;My Spotify premium disappeared out of nowhere, which I had paid for through SBI bank, After the Disappearance of my Spotify premium, my account started looking like the content I had were deleted thoroughly 1 year, while it was in perfect condition this morning, I request to help me retrieve back my premium and the content which has been deleted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached the receipt for the proof of my transaction of Spotify Premium Individual.&lt;/P&gt;

Also, can you make sure you're logged into the right account? I'd recommend you try logging in with other email addresses you may own.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend to be very careful and to ensure that you only have one account and that you're using the correct one. You can check out &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Find-out-if-you-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_self"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt; to learn how to find possible secondary accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On another note, it's possible that the payment was unsuccessful. Can you check if it shows as paid on your Spotify &lt;A href="http://spotify.com/account/order-history" target="_self"&gt;receipts page&lt;/A&gt;? If not, I'd recommend consulting with your payment provider to see what the state of the payment looks like on their end.&lt;/P&gt;
