    <description>i have tried changing devices , different payment methods like credit and debit cards and mobile wallet , i have also tried changing plans but the payments still wont go through, it always returns with the payment failed use a different payment method</description>

&lt;P&gt;In order for the payment to go through successfully, make sure that your cards:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;are issued in the same country as the country of your Spotify account. You can check your country settings on your &lt;A href="https://spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;account page&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;are open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;have a 2-factor authentication set up&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you've already made several attempts which failed, I'd recommend waiting 24hrs and trying again. You can use an incognito/private window or another browser/device. It's also worth testing with a different network/mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case your payment still fails, it'd be best to reach out to the folks over at &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Customer Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; so they can take a closer look and investigate further.&lt;/P&gt;
