After I saw that, I paid for it using gcash and it deducted 149 from my acc. A few weeks later the spotify app said that my payment failed and they can't issue a receipt but I was actually sent a receipt for that purchase through my email address.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things you can do:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/order-history/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the order history&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; of your account. You can take a look at all your charges there and make sure everything is in order. You can also double-check when you subscribed to the offer.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;It's possible the charge you're seeing in your bank statement is pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check its status. If the payment is pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to GCash for further insights.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;It might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account, since you mentioned you received a receipt for the purchase a few weeks later.
