Previously, some of my payments failed, and now I’m trying to purchase a family subscription. However, I’m not receiving any OTP code on my mobile number. At times, I also receive a “payment failed” message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m using the mobile SIM payment method since I live in Bangladesh and do not have access to a card or other payment options. This is the only method available to me, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can complete my subscription.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your time and support.
