My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify Team,

I’m a user from the Philippines and I truly enjoy using Spotify. I’d like to request that you consider adding DITO Telecommunity as a payment option for Premium subscriptions. Many Filipinos, especially younger users, are now using DITO because of its affordable data promos and growing network coverage.

Currently, Spotify supports mobile payments via Globe and Smart, but DITO is not available. Adding support for DITO billing would be a huge help for users like me who rely on DITO SIM for mobile data and would love a more convenient way to pay for Spotify Premium.

You can view available payment methods in your region by following these steps. Spotify may not accept all payment providers, so if that’s the case, you can always purchase and redeem gift cards as an alternative payment option. Any updates or offers that Spotify has will be shared on the Spotify Newsroom.
