&lt;P&gt;Do you get a specific error message when the payment fails? In addition to what &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24071942"&gt;@Ivelina&lt;/a&gt; has suggested above, I'd recommend trying again with:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;an incognito/private tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;another browser&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;another device&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;different Wi-Fi network or mobile data&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

But after pressing &lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I get a &lt;STRONG&gt;"Payment Failed"&lt;/STRONG&gt; error every time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried using a &lt;STRONG&gt;valid credit card&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but the payment fails there too — even though the card works fine on other platforms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's what I’ve already tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using incognito/private mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canceling all previous plans and waiting until my account reverted to Free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying from both desktop and mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve contacted Vodafone and confirmed there are no restrictions from their side. This makes me think the issue might be on Spotify's end — maybe a regional problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone in Egypt (or similar regions) faced the same issue recently? &lt;P&gt;If you've not checked &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/failed-payment/" target="_blank"&gt;this help article&lt;/A&gt; already I recommend that you do so, in order to make sure that you've got sufficient funds and everything's on order with your payment card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On another note, since you've already reached out to Vodafone and tried subscribing with some troubleshooting steps (another device, different network and incognito-mode), but you were still unable to, then it's probably a good idea to contact the Support team &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/contact-us/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. They can take a look behind the scenes.&lt;/P&gt;
