&lt;P&gt;I understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is more information about refunds &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/refund-policy/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.       <title>I haven't gotten my money back after cancelling my free trial.</title>

      <description>I activated the Spotify 3 month free trial and my money was reserved by Spotify. I cancelled it way before the billing date and the money still hasn't been given back. I would like to get the student premium account with that money.</description>
