&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bear in mind that if a payment has already been processed, cancelling the subscription won't&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;refund this payment and your Premium will instead remain active until the next billing date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;You can read about Spotify's Refund Policy in this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/refund-policy/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;support article&lt;/A&gt;, and if you believe you're eligible for a refund, I'd suggest trying r&lt;/FONT&gt;equesting a refund by going to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/order-history/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Order History&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on your account page, and then clicking&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;more details&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;under the "Receipt" column.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as Customer Support will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
