&lt;P&gt;That being said, if you're having issues with finding the Family plan, we suggest you try to subscribe from &lt;A href="https://spotify.com/family/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. If perhaps you're having issues with your payment method, you can:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try entering your payment details again using a private/incognito window.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try a different payment method.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;It might just be a temporary connection issue, so wait a few hours and try again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Get in touch with your payment provider.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If perhaps you're unable to find the one-time payment options to subscribe to the plan, go to the &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/premium/" target="_self"&gt;Premium sign-up page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; and log out. You can make sure you've logged out by checking if you see your profile picture at the top of the page. If you do, tap the picture and select log out.
