&lt;P&gt;Can you check if Hulu is activated on &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/your-services/" target="_blank"&gt;your services page&lt;/A&gt;? If it's activated you should see a button called &lt;STRONG&gt;Start Watching&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Do you see it and what happens if you click on it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've activated the wrong Hulu account, you'd need to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-cancel-your-subscription" target="_blank"&gt;cancel your subscription&lt;/A&gt; and re-subscribe to activate the correct account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In terms of the subscriptions it does show start watching but the account is connects to says that it’s on a free trial and will start billing to a different credit card then on Spotify. Should I just cancel my Spotify account? if so is there a way to save playlists and such?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When connecting your Hulu account, you should get prompted to switch the billing to Spotify, so something must've gone awry during the process. In this case, it's best to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/" target="_blank"&gt;cancel your subscription&lt;/A&gt; and wait for your Spotify account to revert to free before re-subscribing and linking the Hulu account again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No worries, you won't lose any of your saved music when doing this, you'll just need to redownload your playlists for offline listening.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this same issue and the customer service chat at Hulu told me that I did not have an account under the email that I've been receiving Hulu service through for years. However, if I go to their page, I can log in to my account using my Spotify information, but it tells me to choose a subscription. The customer service reps at Hulu say this is not their issue and that I need to reach out to Spotify since they are in charge of the billing and this is their issue. I've gone back and forth between both companies now and am still unable to log back into or access my Hulu subscription. I may just cancel my Spotify subscription and wash my hands of it all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Online instructions from Spotify mention an Activate Hulu button on the Account page that doesn’t exist, and the Services page just links to Hulu where I can pick a Disney+ bundle… no option to activate with spotify&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get clarification on this issue with the link above from “Yordon.” Turns out Spotify only included HULU with the “student” account. Interesting since the implication at the time of Spotify activation was that it is included on the individual and duo accounts. Kinda shady, just saying. Buyer beware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have an active Premium Student subscription, the option to activate your HULU account should be listed under "&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/us/account/your-services/" target="_blank"&gt;your services page"&lt;/A&gt;. So first, we'd recommend logging out from your account (in the account page, not the app) and log back in making sure you're using the correct credentials.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the option to activate it is still not available, we'd recommend turning off any VPN you may have active and trying from an incognito window to see if it makes any difference. We'd also recommend trying on a different device using your own account to see if the issue persists.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
