Cancel subscription button does not work, Can't Cancel

UPDATE: Managed to cancel my subscription by opening the settings page in Fedora Linux instead of Windows 11, looks like the problem was on my end.

Original message:

I cannot cancel my subscription, in "https://www.spotify.com/lt-en/account/manage-your-plan/" there's a button Cancel Subscription, but clicking it just opens "https://www.spotify.com/lt-en/account/overview/" and does nothing. Change plan gives me the list of available plans, but there's no "Free" plan.

I have tried multiple browsers - Chrome and Firefox, tried clearing cookies - nothing helps.

My current plan is Spotify Premium Individual, I had an offer - 3 months for the price of one. The term is ending and I would like to cancel my subscription before I am billed for next month.

The only way I see this is to block Spotify from charging my PayPal account.

Is there a "Support" channel somewhere I can request real person to look at this, or cancel my subscription on their side?

Thanks for the info. The reason you’re unable to cancel on Spotify’s website is because you’ve subscribed through PayPal. Can you try canceling your Premium plan following these steps:

Go to your account page.
Under Manage your plan, check Payment.

Let me know how this goes.
