My Question or Issue

Hello,

i m on a prenium duo account with my ex. I want to get a solo prenium account but i want to keep all my music/playlist and everything.

I want to keep my email adress as well.

Is it a way to do it ?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

If your ex is the plan manager for the Premium Duo plan, you can leave their plan by following these steps:

Go to your account page
Under Manage your subscription, click Change plan
Click Cancel plan under Available Plans
Choose Yes, cancel

When you leave the Premium Duo plan, your account will immediately revert to the free service (and the plan manager will still be subscribed to Premium Duo). You can then sign up for a Premium Individual plan here using your same Spotify account and login credentials.

No worries, you keep all of your playlists, saved music, and settings no matter which plan you switch to or from.

Alternatively, if you’re the plan manager for the Premium Duo plan, you can change your plan to Premium Individual by following these steps:

Log in to your account page
Under Subscription, select Manage your subscription
Click Change plan
Click Select to choose Premium Individual
Click Update subscription to confirm

Your plan will be updated immediately to Premium Individual, and at your next payment date (which you can view on your account page), your ex's account will revert to the free plan.

I want to do this, but I cannot change plan. there is nowhere to click to change my plan from duo to solo, how do I do this?
