&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There could be a few different reasons why your gift card is not working when you try to redeem it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; First, I recommend making sure that you've entered the correct characters shown on the gift card’s PIN code (for instance, a zero sometimes looks like a capital ‘O,’ a capital ‘I’ looks like the number one, or a capital "S" looks like a number five; so I suggest trying with these alternative characters to see if it makes any difference).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bear in mind as well that the gift card needs to have been purchased in the same country where you are currently located, and also match the country or region setting of your account. For this reason, I also recommend making sure that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;country registered to your account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Note that after 4 attempts to redeem the gift card, you may get an error message. If you do, you can try again after 24 hours.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

The code is valid and not expired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid.
