My Question or Issue

The spotify changed my plan from Premium Student to Premium and I cannot verificate via SheerID because it shows that I exceede verification limit

Sorry to hear that. That may be expected if you have redeemed the student discount a maximum of 4 years (12 months at any given time). When you renew your student discount, it will be valid for up to 1 year - even if you switch plans. There isn’t a way to bypass that message if you’ve exceeded the verification limits.
