I tried contacting the support but they said that they can't share more information with me and now they refuse to answer.&lt;BR /&gt;what did I do wrong? and can I do something about it, since I have the receipt of the "payment" of the free trial?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I got a promotion for a 4 month free spotify premium account and I signed up on July 16th and yesterday July 21st I got an email I had cancelled my account which I didnt do. On July 16th I got an email with the receipt, I also checked my back account where it shows when they verify. Thsi was my first time ever signing up for spotify since I had never used it before and wanted to try it out but I am seriously dissapointed since it was my first time and not even a week later they cancelled it. I try contacting support which the first person gave me an answer that was vague and closed the chat on me, I had to contact another advisor which told me the same thing with out any explanation as what happened, and then proceded to close the chat with out letting me speak anymore, to be hones I was also really dissapointed with the support they provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now, when I try to reset my password or log in, it says no account is associated with this email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to recreate my account, it says my email address is already associated with an account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reached out to Spotify's utterly useless customer service chat.
