&lt;P&gt;My first suggestion is that you&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="" href="https://support.spotify.com/us/article/view-receipts/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;check your receipts&lt;/A&gt; and details of your payments on your account page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, keep in mind that if a regular payment fails, Spotify will try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement - but only one has actually been taken. You can check your bank statements to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is the case, the next month’s payment will continue on or near to your usual billing date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another thing to consider is that you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Find-out-if-you-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_self"&gt;second account&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an account.&lt;/P&gt;
