I recently tried the free three month subscription and cancelled the subscription the day I got it so I wouldn't have to make any payments, and now it charged me out of my card. I would like a refund.

Я случайно оформил подписку на ваш сервис и обнаружил это только после списания средств. Сразу после этого я отменил подписку, так как не планирую ею пользоваться.

My Spotify account auto paid my account for premium after the free trial, I removed my card already and I still haven't gotten a refund.

Just to confirm, have you requested a refund by following the steps from the accepted solution above? If you already have and it's been more than a week, but you still haven't received it, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank for further assistance.

I've had Spotify for over a few years and you signed me up for a premium family plan when I only wanted a single plan with no commercials and I have been paying an outrageous price for many years. I just changed it back to a single plan and now I would like a refund for all the overage you guys have been charging me. Is that possible?
